Committee Working System
Advisor Committee
After the applicant’s application arrives on our Org., the Advisory Committee will decide whether the application can be accepted and advise the Central Committee on how to process the application.
Central Committee
To send a regional investigation committee to investigate the incidents mentioned in the application and after verifying the truth of the incidents mentioned in the application, the regional committee will be ordered to work on behalf of the applicant and collect up-to-date reports of the work of the regional committee. If the regional committee is unable to complete the work, then its higher committees, namely the sub-division committee, district committee, zonal committee, state committee, will give them work instructions and collect updates on all the incidents.
If necessary, the regional committee, sub-divisional committee, district committee, zonal committee or state committee will work with their representatives to cooperate in their work. And the applicant will solve the problem with which he came to the organization.
But the main work of the central committee is to cooperate in properly managing the functioning of the state committee and receive reports of their work,
And perform all other organizational work.
State Committee

But the main task of the central committee is to work on behalf of the applicant and to cooperate in the proper functioning of the State Committee and receive reports on their work,
and perform all other organizational work.
Zonal Committee
After receiving the order of the Central Committee, the Zonal Committee will start working to solve the problem of the applicant and take necessary measures.
If necessary, the representative of the Zonal Committee will cooperate with the Regional Committee, Sub-division Committee or District Committee in the work of the Committee. And will solve the problem with which the applicant has come to the organization.
However, the main task of the Zonal Committee is to cooperate with the District Committee in the proper activities of the applicant and receive the report of their work and send it to the higher committee.
The organization will form District Committees to spread it everywhere and submit the report to the State Committee.
District Committee
After receiving the order of the Central Committee, the District Committee will start working to solve the problem of the applicant and take the necessary measures.
If necessary, the representative of the District Committee will work with them and cooperate with the work of the Regional Committee or Sub-district Committee. And solve the problem with which the applicant has come to the organization.
However, the main task of the District Committee is to work on behalf of the applicant and cooperate in the proper management of the functioning of the Sub-district Committee and receive and send the report of their work to the higher committee.
The organization will form Sub-district Committees to spread everywhere and submit the report to the Zonal Committee.
Sub-Divisional Committee
After receiving the order of the Central Committee, the Sub-district Committee will start working to solve the problem of the applicant and take the necessary measures.
If necessary, the representative of the Sub-district Committee will work with them to cooperate in the work of the Regional Committee. And solve the problem with which the applicant has come to the organization.
However, the main task of the Sub-district Committee is to work on behalf of the applicant and cooperate in the proper management of the functioning of the Regional Committee and receive reports on their work and send them to the higher committee.
The organization will form regional committees to spread everywhere and submit reports to the district committee.
Regional Committee
After receiving the order of the Central Committee, the Regional Committee will start working to solve the problem of the applicant and take necessary measures. (The organization recognizes these two types of committees as Regional Committees, namely, Block Committee and Town Committee)
If necessary, the Regional Committee may apply for representatives of the Sub Division Committee to join their work. And solve the problem with which the applicant has come to the organization
However, the main task of the Regional Committee is to work on behalf of the applicant and collect members and to make the organization’s events successful by making them attend all kinds of organization events and participate in the activities of various committees if necessary. To follow all the rules and regulations of the organization for the development of the organization and to report to the initiating authority where human rights are being violated in the society.
Investigative Committee
If an investigation report is sought from the Central Committee, the applicant will have to investigate the matter and submit a report to the Central Committee within 72 hours. The organization is working on a plan to form an investigation committee in each region, but in regions where an investigation committee has not yet been formed, the neighboring investigation committee will submit the report. This investigation committee must always remain impartial. If this committee is biased in any way in the investigation, the organization will take strict action against them.
