Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

The International Human Rights Commission and Council (IHRCC) values transparency and fairness in all financial transactions conducted through our website. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made to our organization may be refunded or cancelled.

By making any payment on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees paid to the International Human Rights Commission and Council for registration, membership cards, certificates, or administrative processing are generally non-refundable.

Once a membership application has been processed and approved, the fee cannot be refunded.

However, in exceptional circumstances, the organization may review refund requests at its sole discretion.

3. Event Registration Fees

Payments made for participation in events, training programs, seminars, conferences, or workshops organized by the International Human Rights Commission and Council may be eligible for cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date.

  • If approved, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or processing charges.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations requested after the specified deadline.

4. Donations

Donations made to the International Human Rights Commission and Council are considered voluntary contributions for social welfare and human rights activities.

Therefore, donations are generally non-refundable.

If a donation has been made accidentally or an incorrect amount has been entered, the donor may contact us within 48 hours of the transaction for review.

5. Payment Errors

If a payment has been deducted but the service, membership confirmation, or receipt has not been received due to a technical issue, users are requested to contact us with the following details:

  • Name of the payer

  • Transaction ID

  • Date of payment

  • Payment screenshot or receipt

After verification, the organization will either:

  • Provide the requested service or confirmation, or

  • Process a refund if necessary.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved by the International Human Rights Commission and Council, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment.

Refund processing may take 7–15 working days, depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.

7. Cancellation by the Organization

If an event, program, or service organized by the International Human Rights Commission and Council is cancelled by the organization, registered participants may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or the amount may be adjusted for a future event.

8. Changes to the Policy

The International Human Rights Commission and Council reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page.
